Our Payment Process

At GLX Kart LLC, we focus on safe and clear transactions. To make things easy and secure for our customers, suppliers, and buyers, we mostly use bank-to-bank transfers for payments. Here's a simple explanation of how our payment process works:

Payment Terms Agreement

The terms of payment, such as the due date, total amount, and any choices for installments, are agreed upon by all parties when a deal is finalized. To provide clarity and openness for all parties, we take care to document every transaction.

Invoice Insurance

We provide a written invoice outlining the goods or services and the breakdown of payments once the terms have been agreed upon. All relevant information, such as bank account numbers, SWIFT codes, and any applicable taxes, are included in this document, which is meant to be a reference for both parties.

Bank-to-Bank Payments

All payment securely tranfer from bank to bank. The agreed-upon sum can be transferred straight to our designated business account by our suppliers and customers. For security reasons, we don't process payments through third-party sites, and bank records verify each transaction.

Confirmation of Payment

We give our clients and suppliers a receipt or payment confirmation as soon as we receive payment. This guarantees that both parties are in agreement and validates the transaction. Ensuring a smooth and secure financial transaction procedure for all parties is our aim.

In the rare case of a payment dispute, our team is ready to assist in resolving any issues. We prioritize timely and fair solutions, ensuring that all our customers, suppliers, and buyers have confidence in our services and processes.
